The Proprietio MCP connector lets an AI assistant read your properties, leases, accounting and maintenance, and act on work orders and messages, with the access you grant and nothing more.
Streamable HTTP at https://mcp.proprietio.com/mcp. Works with any MCP client that supports OAuth.
Tokens are bound to one person and one organization, limited to the scopes they approved.

Every connected app is listed in Proprietio under Profile → Connected apps, where it can be disconnected.
You need a Proprietio account. The connector is included from the Growth plan up, and available with the AI Starter add-on on the plans below it.

The connector uses OAuth 2.1: authorization code with PKCE (S256 only) and dynamic client registration (RFC 7591), so compliant clients register themselves. The authorization server is https://api.proprietio.com.
